We are at 825 Riverside STE 1 Paso Robles Ca. We are sharing the space with Timshel Winery and are able give you a wonderful tasting experience. Please come by 12 to 6 Thursday through Saturday and 11 to 5 on Sunday. Walk ins welcome! Special one on one tastings by appointment any other time! We are never closed!

Small beginnings on 915 Lincoln
When our obsession for wine and winemaking became too large for the garage a label was born: 915 Lincoln Wines. Curating the Bordeaux & Rhone varietals quickly became winemaker Scott Mathews' passion. In the late 90's Scott joined a local winemakers group that took him into the realm of small batch winemaking and sourcing quality fruit from local growers. That burning grew, so Scott enlisted the aid of his two daughters as cellar helpers. Learning & sourcing fruit from all over the Paso Robles AVA. Scott furthered his obsession in the industry and created a unique & small production Winery of 400 cases & growing.
Our allocation club is now available to discover craft wine that balances tradition and low intervention for exquisite taste.
Our Wines
Discover local varietals with a low intervention winemaking style featuring bold and vibrant inspired wines. Scott delicately allows the grapes to develop from vine to table. The use of neutral oak barrels and small crafted production is highlighted in the bottle and develops into a burst of vibrant acids and flavour with each sip. The storied history can be tasted in the vines as the grapes are sourced from the historic El Pomar District in East Paso Robles and small lot vineyards around the Central Coast. Sourcing only from local growers with a story that believe in the same ideology of low intervention growing techniques as in our winemaking.
Low intervention wine making allows the grapes to develop in the barrel and tell a story in the glass of the beholder.
We take pride in working with small-lot farmers to source quality fruit for our vintages.
